VillaGrantorre is a sea-house whit garden in a cooperative apartement of other 2 houses, with 6 beds, 1 double room with bathroom, 1 double room with other bathroom, and double bed-sofà in the living room, situated 50 metres away from the beach. The veranda get enjoy breakfast and dinners in the open air. The living room has got colonial Spanish style fornitures and is equipped with air conditioned and tv sat, internet wifi and fireplace. The bright and airy kitchen, with a veranda too, It has got a gas cooker, a oven, a refrigerating, a freezer, and all you need for cooking and also a washing machine. The two bathrooms are equipped with shower, wc, bidet and wash-basin. In the garden ther’re other two shower in the open air. The village of Torregrande, near to the most beautiful beaches of the Penisola of the Sinis and Green Coast, is in a location ideal for exploring the whole Sardinia island, being very well connected with the north and south of the island's through major traffic arteries and railway. Torregrande has got one of the longer and most comfortable beaches of the island and by night it is a usual destination of the inhabitants of Oristano because of the promenade front of the sea and few pubs in the open air, where people can dance and have a drink.
All around the house there are the baker’s shop, the market, the pub, the news-stand, the tobacconist’ s and the ice-cream shop. Furthermore near to the house there is the XVI-century Spanish tower, from which the village thakes his name.

Great location and host!
This location is perfect! Everything you need is within a few minutes walk (deli, market, pharmacy) and the beaches are just a few minutes walk as well! It’s also a really good central location for visiting nearby towns. But the host is what made this stay the best for us! Alberto provided so much information about things to do and about the area. It was very helpful!

Beautiful place right on the beach
We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Alberto was an excellent host and addressed any issues as soon as we texted him. He had great recommendations for places to go. The only issue we had that was difficult to fix was the ants in the kitchen that kept getting through the doors. The host sprayed the area, which helped a little, but the doors probably need a better seal.

Excellent property for beach holiday
This is an excellent property for a beach holiday as only 50 metres from beach but far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise from beach bars. A car is required for any day trips as public transport is limited to Oristano. We found the best beach bars to be ‘Day and Night’ ‘Apericena’ and Riva Nord the rest are a little jaded. The best restaurant is Il Lido good food and great staff. We found the museum at Cabras a worthwhile visit.
