This is a spacious apartment with all mod cons including smart TV , english TV channels and free unlimited wifi. There is everything you need for a relaxing stress free holiday including DVD Player and CD Player.

Set over 2 floors there is an open plan lounge / kitchen with dishwasher. There is a large balcony off the lounge which is great for alfresco dining or to watch the world go by. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and is located on this floor together with the bathroom.
On 2nd floor is the second bedroom with twin beds and access to the large roof top solarium. Perfect place to sunbathe or watch the sunset with a chilled glass of wine.
The large communal pool is open all year rounded has both a jacuzzi area and shallow children area. Great apartment
We’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and this is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It’s very quiet and even in November, you get the sun on the terrace until late afternoon. It has all the amenities you could ask for, including a dolce gusto coffee machine.

Great property in a lovely gated community
We had a lovely holiday here. The property has everything you need. The pool is nice with room around the edges to sit and there is a lifeguard. When we arrived it was very late as our plane had been delayed and Jo was very patient on the phone guiding us into the propert. Perhaps let people know the number of the property below to look out for. I think it would be ok to find in the daytime. We would definitely return here. A car is helpful to get around Thank you very much Jo.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need home from home, spotlessly clean, grounds are beautiful at pool atea. Onlly fault was roof top terrace pipe coming out of wall to shower, sore on skin a shower spray would be far better. Iit eouldnt stop me rebooking this beautiful apt.

Lovely apartment
A lovely apartment with pretty much everything we needed for our extended summer break. The 2nd bedroom (upstairs) was very warm at night but that was reflective of the weather we experienced. We purchased a couple of extra items to make our 3 weeks stay more comfortable (pool chairs & BBQ) and hopefully other guests can use them. To stay here a car was almost essential as the supermarkets, most restaurants and beaches are not within walking distance. Jo was helpful answering any questions that we had leading up to our stay. Overall, would recommend.

Nice location, nice appartment, but could really do with AC Throughout the full property. Gets very hot at night. Ac upstairs is ok ,but hose would benefit from being fixed to outside wall, instead of through patio doors. Overall good stay, in lovley well kept complex

Perfect place for chillaxing
The property is great . Everything you need is there . The 2 balconies are lovely spaces to relax . In General everything is great about the apartment . We personally couldn’t get the English tv channels on but could connect Netflix and prime video . The complex again is lovely .

Very quiet, relaxing holiday
Enjoyed our week’s holiday at Zenimar fase 4. Apartment was in a gated community which was very well kept, beautiful gardens and very peaceful. Nearby supermarkets and bars with entertainment although we’d hire a car next time in order to explore further areas.

Lovely spacious apartment
We stayed in this lovely apartment for one week . Spacious and very clean exactly like pictures. The only thing I would recommend is better air con . Murcia can get very hot and fans don't do a good enough job in such hot weather! Pool was fab and all gardens were well kept. Local supermarket about 7 mins walk . Two lovely places to eat there as well . About 20 mins walk into town area . Really enjoyed our stay . Jo was great and always replied to any questions very quickly before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment. If you don't mind driving abroad, I would also recommend having a car to get around this lovely area.

Returned from a 2 week stay, apartment well located, hired a car but we tended to walk, large supermarket ( Carrefour ) about 10 minutes walk, consumer about 15 minutes, plenty of pubs,restaurants nearby.Lovely pool area, gardens within the complex well tended, would certainly recommend, and use again.Did not meet the owner as we encountered no problems but knew. she was only a phone call away if we did.

Great apartment and swimming pool
Myself and my family had a lovely week at this apartment, the whole experience from start to finish was so smooth and stress free, Jo was always on hand to answer any questions and was so helpful. The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival and the whole Urbanización was lovely and well maintained. The kids absolutely loved the pool and my youngest even overcome her fear of the water in the kids pool which was a bonus! We hired a car which is a must if you want to explore, we took a day trip to La Manga which was beautiful! Well worth a visit! Would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to visit again one day. Thanks Jo!

Great apartment in lovely devlopment
Just back from a relaxing 9 night stay at this apartment. The pool and gardens are a good size and very well maintained and the apartment was all as described, well maintained and had everything we needed, including good wifi, essential when travelling with two teenagers! The balcony is great for breakfast or sitting out later in the day, particularly in the glorious weather we had. There are a number of good restaurants and beaches within easy reach although hiring a car is definitely worthwhile. Jo the owner was very helpful and responded to emails very quickly. We would definitely go back.
