Welcome to L'Escapade !
First, you will have access to a large entrance that leads to the staircase leading to the basement.
You will come across a powder room and immediately to the right will be the open area which includes the remarkably well-equipped kitchen, which includes a large island and a window large enough to admire the whole view of the surroundings!
6 stools allow you to sit down and enjoy this bright and friendly place, perfect for your lunches between two activities or your evening aperitifs.
This room is open to the dining room and the living room with TV and gas fireplace. Note the two sofas, perfect for entertaining friends!
A terrace is equipped for outdoor dining. It has its own terrace heater for the cooler evenings.
Further on, you will find two bedrooms with Queen beds and a large bathroom with a shower and a freestanding bathtub.
The basement will be the favorite place for children, with its large family room, play area, two bedrooms (Queen beds), second full bathroom and laundry room.
This condo includes several storage spaces including a locker, in the basement, to store skis, bicycles and others.
A workshop has also been planned to clean your sports items, so you won't miss anything!
You have access to the entire apartment, including a locker in the basement and two parking lots.
A Finnish sauna is available free of charge during your stay. It is located near the river and is shared by all residents staying in the building.
