Canyon Ridge Retreat| hot tub, mins from Zion

Welcome to Canyon Ridge Retreat, a luxurious 3,500 sq ft haven nestled in the exclusive Zion Ridge gated community. Just minutes from Zion National Park's east entrance, this 4-bedroom oasis offers unparalleled access to nature's wonders. Perfectly positioned for adventure, you're 1.5 hours from Bryce Canyon's hoodoos and 2.5 hours from the Grand Canyon's North Rim. But the real magic? Step into your backyard and onto the Checkerboard Rim Trail for an instant immersion in Utah's breathtaking forested landscape. After a day of exploration, unwind in your private hot tub under a canopy of stars, surrounded by the tranquility of the pine-scented woods.

As you step into Canyon Ridge Retreat, the grandeur of the vaulted ceilings in the living room immediately draws your eye upward, creating a sense of spaciousness that mirrors the vast Utah skies visible through the towering pines outside. Sink into the large, comfortable sectional with reclining features - the perfect spot for losing yourself in a good book or simply gazing out at the stunning forest views through the large windows.

The heart of the home is undoubtedly the gourmet kitchen. Gleaming granite countertops stretch out before you, inviting culinary creativity. The high-end Wolf appliances stand ready to assist in preparing everything from quick trail snacks to elaborate family feasts. The large island isn't just for food prep – it's a gathering spot, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying appetizers while dinner sizzles on the BBQ just outside on the wrap-around deck.

Speaking of the deck, it's an extension of your living space. Covered areas provide shade for outdoor dining or relaxation, while open sections let you bask in the dappled sunlight filtering through the forest canopy. Don't be surprised to spot local wildlife – deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors, adding to the sense that you're truly immersed in nature.

When it's time to retire, four well-appointed bedrooms await. The upstairs primary suite is a retreat within a retreat, featuring a private balcony for stargazing through the pine boughs and a jetted tub to soothe tired muscles after a day of hiking. The second upstairs bedroom offers two queen beds, perfect for kids or friends sharing. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, each boasting a king-size bed for ultimate comfort. For additional sleeping space, the loft area features a pull-out sofa, offering flexibility for larger groups.
But the luxury doesn't stop there. A brand new hot tub beckons, promising relaxation as you soak under the stars, perhaps planning your next day's adventure while listening to the gentle rustling of leaves in the evening breeze.

Every detail of Canyon Ridge Retreat has been thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, all while keeping you connected to the natural beauty that surrounds you. Whether you're here to explore the wonders of Zion, Bryce, and beyond, or simply to escape the everyday and reconnect with family and friends amid the serenity of the forest, this home offers the ideal setting for creating lasting memories.

From the moment you arrive, you'll understand why we call it Canyon Ridge Retreat. It's more than just a vacation rental – it's your private sanctuary in one of the most beautiful, forested corners of the world.

GORGEOUS SPACIOUS home for relaxing after hiking
We've stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years, and this is a top 5 home. Rooms are HUGE!! Beautiful area where you can unwind after long days hiking at Zion and Bryce. Every possible amenity was available to us (from extra blankets, to patio furniture, to kitchen gadgets and nice appliances, a detailed binder of local information (I LOVE attention to detail), beach towels for hot tub, ceiling fans, even shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Only 6 of us stayed here but double that amount of people would still be extremely comfortable. HIGHLY recommend this home. WONDERFUL!

Very Comfortable House. LOTS of space - recommend
We had a very nice vacation. The house is a little older but very good quality construction, appliances, etc. It is very well supplied (full bottles of shampoo, detergent, etc., plenty of TP, paper towels - not the normal 1 small travel bottle.) Well stocked kitchen. Approx. 15 minutes to Zion. Only downside - its a drive to the nearest grocery. Stock up before arriving.

Fantastic property!
House was well appointed and exactly as described. Kitchen was very well stocked and made prepping/cooking for a family of 5 very easy. A short drive away from East gate of Zion, with some short hiking nearby as well. Property manager was fantastic and very communicative - gave some great trail tips and was super responsive when the wifi went out briefly in the neighborhood.

Great stay East of Zion!
This is a beautiful and large house located about 20 minutes outside the East entrance of Zion. The house is very well stocked and the owners/managers do a tremendous job in communication. The hot tub and decks are a nice bonus. Being East of Zion gives you easy access to Bryce Canyon and also some great hiking and canyoneering in that area. Note that it is about 45-50 minutes from the Zion Visitor Center which is where the Zion shuttle leaves. We didn't mind that because we took advantage of the benefits in the East area. Overall, this is a great place for a family and large group and we would highly recommend.

Our First Visit to Zion
This house is absolutely luxurious and beautiful! Each morning we woke up early to get into the park before the trails got overcrowded. Zion is definitely one of the busiest parks we've ever visited, but the location of this house gave us some welcome refuge. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook easily, and the hot tub was definitely enjoyed after many miles of hiking, especially after fighting the current in the Narrows. Our host provided amazingly detailed information that proved very handy for our stay. We were very much appreciative of the recommendation for the nearby hike to Observation Point, just go early. This property absolutely warrants the five-star review. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful getaway with lots of space
We had a group of 6 friends meet up from all around the country to have a little reunion trip to Zion. This was the most perfect spot that we could have asked for! Each of the rooms were very spacious, had comfortable beds, and almost all had bathrooms attached. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals together and all of the appliances felt very new. The hottub was the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend for friends & families visiting the Zion area.

Fantastic house in a great location.
My family from Buffalo NY(7 adults) stayed in this house for 4 days. I wish we could have stayed longer. This was one of the nicest houses we have ever rented and certainly the most well stocked. They had everything you could ever need and the house was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was in a great location, so close to Bryce and Zion, but also great hiking right outside of the house. We can't wait to return.

Very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We were able to cook several meals and enjoyed the patio and hot tub. It was very close to Ponderosa Ranch which we visited a lot with the kids. There were lots of fun activities to do there. Easy drive to the Zion entrance. We had a great time!

Absolutely Amazing House
This house was the absolute best. Beautiful and clean. And I mean super clean. We said so many times how much we loved it. Close to so many trails in Zion. The only downside is the area itself and how Restaurants aren’t close and neither are grocery stores/markets. Which isn’t a problem, just know ahead of time to stop at Walmart to buy groceries. They have markets in Springdale but prices are extreme. But we highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Zion! Manager is also super quick to respond to any questions. He even stopped by one day to give me a recommendation in person.

Wonderful stay/property!
Great house in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood just east of Zion National Park. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy the less crowded side of Zion but also have access to a more secluded, but upscale home. Lots of deer, wild turkeys, places to walk and just enjoy being outdoors. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and the house was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful house to stay in. Spent days in Zion and Bryce and then had a peaceful home to come back to. House was fully stocked with cooking equipment, grill, towels for the hot tub, and more. Good trail access from the ranch
Great location, excellent property, well maintained and very well equipped. Given that Zion was very crowded the access to trails from the ranch was ideal and something we had not expected. Folks should be aware that driving to the two trail heads on the ranch is best with a 4WD or AWD high clearance vehicle. Parking lot at Cable Moutain trail head is not accessible with a car due to steep and rocky dip in the road. We did see cars at the Observation point trail head and the only challnge could be some sandy spots. Overall we had a fantastic time
