Bed and pillows probably the most comfortable out of any hotel we have stayed in. Personal pool in private area was amazing. Quaint, minimalistic feel yet well appointed. Beach chairs towels and ice chest for guest use was perfect. Water temp could be hotter and in room safe should be secured to floor, as it was loose in the room.

A fantastic stay! Everything was perfect and the pool made it above the top. We locked ourselves out of the room and they were there within 5 min. Room was beautiful, big, and clean. Safe and quiet area with a corner store within steps away. Beach and a plethora of food options about a 4 min drive so it was Perfect. Would highly recommend this place for an amazing stay on this happy island.

This place was just like the pictures. Room was nice, large, and clean. I need to know what they use to make it smell so wonderful. The plunge pool was a nice feature in addition to the kitchenette. We didn’t cook gourmet meals but what was there was adequate. We made breakfast and a few dinners there. It felt very safe, highly recommend you have a rental car to get around. Superfood is very close and has everything you need for food and beverages (including alcohol). The alcohol prices are very comparable to the duty free shop upon arrival. Skip the hassle and just get beer at Superfood or C-mart. Eagle beach is close and Baby Beach (take 8a) about 35-45 minutes away. We would easily stay here again.

Place was very beautiful and quaint. I would definitely stay again. Was not as close to the beach but within a 5-8 minute drive to everything. The attached pool was amazing. Would recommend everyone stay here for a vibe without the hotel feel. Very affordable. The hot water was an issue but not enough to deter me

Stayed 9/18 to 9/22, 2024. Easy parking spot for each room, private small courtyard and pool area were perfect. Everything was clean and in place. Air conditioning worked well when needed. Small grocery store around corner for snacks/drinks etc. there was a cooler and chairs to use for the beach. We rented a car and hit most of the island. Small hiccup getting room access via the app but they text/called us immediately and fixed it. Affordable as well as we aren’t big resort people and like to try island restaurants all over. Room was also ready prior to 4pm check in time as well. No complaints, the wife and I loved it. 2nd time in Aruba and this place by far was our favorite stay.

I loved everything about our stay. I was having signal problems with my phone to be able to unlock the door and someone was literally there within 3 mins to help us. I was feeling a little sick at like 1am and I texted for suggestions and received a response within minutes. I will definitely return and will refer to all my family & friends.

The place is simply spectacular, excellent for couples who want to spend more time alone, it is well located, close to the best tourist attractions. The kitchen is equipped which allowed us to cook when we were tired to eat out. It was our first time in Aruba and Private Stays helped our vacation to be sensational, yes we highly recommend it!

The reason for 3 stars for communication and cleanliness is because towels was changed one time when I requested them. The second time I requested towels they were never delivered. Then I asked for a late checkout that I paid for 3pm. I was told I can check out for 1pm then received a email saying my checkout was now at 3pm. I returned to my room to be approached by a staff member telling me that I had to get my things. I shower him the email and he continued to want to have a conversation about me leaving. I informed him and showed him the email stating the 3pm check out. His response was "well the communication must have been mixed up" great stay but didn't like the poor communication about the towels and late stay. I would return.

Although the service and response time was stellar to address our problems. There were a bunch. Hot Water issues, pool not clean, trouble with the main door lock for three nights, and a neighbor’s dog barking endlessly. But we honestly would go back again next time. No kidding.
