The property it self was amazing HOWEVER, I booked an all inclusive package and I did not get that sort of experience at all. My dining options were very limited and there was no clear communication with the staff

The particular unit we stayed in could definitely use an upgrade, was definitely older. Loved the workers there they went above and beyond, made us feel like family. Love the ease of the properties. It was very big so you had to navigate, but overall, our day was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Everything was great with the exception of some renovations going on but none that interrupted our stay. We had the all inclusive package so the access to a variety of food choices was exceptional. We will return.

It was a very nice resort with the ability to go to the sister properties for all of the meals. The reservations were tough to come by at good times, but there were always options available.

If you have a room on the 3rd floor and stairs are not your friend this would be painful also never heard of a all inclusive that has non all inclusive it was very confusing and the shuttle service can be better
