LaCabana never disappoints! Have not been in a couple of years but added the health hut for delicious smoothies and acaie bowls, kids and adult pools. Across the street from one of the best beaches in the world, Eagle Beach, what more can you ask.

Loved our stay here - so much so I felt compelled to leave a review on the plane ride home! The most notable part was the friendly, efficient, and kind front desk staff (thank you, Eli, for checking us in!). We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach (<5 mins), easy towel service, many and free palapas, and the pool and hot tub were clean and great to relax in after the beach! The room itself was great with all the accommodations we needed. Area was super safe and conveniently close to restaurants and the grocery store (we are happy we rented a car though). Plenty of free self parking at the hotel also a plus! Our only cons are that we never had our room cleaned (but it was fine), the adult only pool was closed during our entire stay but unsure why, and lastly we had a strange and unpleasant encounter with one of the workers at the cafe in the lobby. We were given a weird sweet milk when we ordered a matcha green tea latte. When we brought it back, she said it was not a matcha (we agreed!) but insinuated we had brought something random back for a free drink and was both wrong and aggressive. She lectured us to keep the receipt next time (they never gave us one in the first place). She did not offer a refund, she replaced it with a hot coffee which was also strange.

This was the perfect 5 day stay for a family of 4 with 2 small children.We usually stay at a different resort, but this one was just as great. Kids pool was right next to the playground which was so convenient. We had a relaxing vacation.

We loved La Cabana and will be back. Having the beach across the street was perfect with kids. You can pay $30 for an umbrella right by the ocean or get a palapa for free as part of an amenity through the resort. Chairs for either are free and also an amenity. People who want a prime palapa get there EARLY! The kids LOVED the slide and both the big pool and the kiddie pool. They called the kiddie poll the baby hot tub because it was so warm but not to warm that it wasn’t safe. There are washers and dryers on every floor. $10 gets you 5 tokens and each machine takes 1 token to run.

I went on vacation with my daughter and her family. The rooms were nice the property was well kept. The beach was in walking condition. Nick checked me in and he was amazing and accommodating. There were a few good restaurants locally but you do need a car to get Around. You can also go shopping at super foods a very nice food store prices were good and cook at the resort it’s in walking distance.

LaCabana is a beautiful property right across from Eagle Beach. You can easily walk to several restaurants and the grocery store. We absolutely LOVE the adult pool - great addition to the property! There are plenty of activities on site: water aerobics, bingo, wine tasting, art classes, live music at happy hour, etc. LaCabana definitely has more of a "party" feel than some other timeshares so if you're looking for a quiet resort, this may not be the place. We love the Las Ramblas restaurant. The food is always exceptional and we enjoy listening to the guitarist who plays there regularly. All in all, a great place to stay. My only complaint is that they should install Smart TVs in the units or have a Roku or some other device to stream services. The TV selection left a lot to be desired, so having the ability to stream Netflix would be great. We would happily stay there again!
