The hotel is very cute and clean. Good breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small and had no closet just an extension rod from the wall to hang a few things.

I don’t like that there isn’t a coffee maker in the rooms. Also no microwave in the rooms. I had to cancel my first time booking because my car battery was dead. They changed my card. Expedia talked to Tru Hilton and they said my money would be refunded. It has been 1 week and no refund. My husband re- booked my stay for the next night. So, I did stay there. Where is my refund from Orangesburg, SC?

Tru Hilton is great, clean in and around,.. good breakfast in the morning, always got coffee brewing,.. pool table,.. TV's in lobby to watch game. Fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance.

The first room smelled like garbage and had roaches. It was right next to the service room. I immediately left and asked for another room. Even though they were all booked up, the wonderful front desk clerk worked diligently at getting me a new room. She made some calls and one reservation was not going to make. In new room, air conditioner had a horrible rattling sound, not that soothing sound, and the floor was so dirty my white socks turned brown walking from the shower to the bed.Hiltons use to so nice, I regret being a member.

This is a decent clean hotel. there was some damage int he room, but nothing serious. looked like someone carved their name int he headboard and they painted over it. I would stay here again, but do not eat at the Ruby Tuesday close by. it is awful.
