Recently renovated, this circa 1890 Victorian cottage beautifully blends old world charm with modern style and convenience. Perfectly located just moments from the CBD and across the road from Bills Beans where you can get your morning coffee.

Guests will fall in love with the period features such as the tall skirting boards, timber sash windows, exposed bricks and ornate veranda details.

The covered alfresco and fully landscaped backyard is the perfect place for the kids to run around and for the adults to unwind with a glass of local wine after a big day of exploring our gorgeous region.

Our home has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling as well as a fireplace in the loungeroom, ensuring year round comfort. The ducted heating does not go into the bedroom with the single bed but there is a free standing oil heater instead.

Here you are conveniently located in the Trendy East Orange precinct. East Orange has a whole lot to offer guests in terms of close proximity to the CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out, bars, parks, boutique shopping and more!

Guests will love that they can walk to town in 5 minutes. Along the walk you will be greeted by the tall trees that tower over the streets and the gorgeous period homes that form the golden grid of Orange.
Charred Restaurant is just over the road, about a 2 minute walk if that.
Bills Beans is the top spot for a coffee and is right across the road for your convenience.

Many of our best cellar doors and wineries are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Lovely home
Fabulous house with 3 great double rooms for the grown ups and 1 single room for a child. (Bed not suitable for an adult). The gas fireplace kept us warm in June. Lovely big kitchen and a garden for the warmer months. Really close to town. Our host made sure the house was warm when we arrived. So lovely to walk in to see the fire on. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location
The house is in a great location with a cafe for coffee on the corner and an easy walk into town for dinner and drinks. The house was cosy and warm (we stayed in Winter), with a garden that would be lovely in summer. The check in process was easy and communication in the lead up to our stay was friendly and very responsive. Would stay again if we were back in Orange and would certainly recommend.

Great property and location
Great cottage only a stones throw away from Orange cbd. We really enjoyed our stay here, was large enough for a family and comfortable furniture with a lovely garden. We'd 100% stay here again. We loved being able to walk to everything yet not being stuck right in the busy cbd. Pete was an excellent host and was available when needed and communicated well with everything you need for a stay. Was an excellent location for exploring in and around Orange, we'll be back.

Great property - spacious yet cosy and homely. The hosts - Peter and Saskia - were extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location with a fab cafe opposite and close to shops and supermarkets. Would definitely go back if visiting Orange again!
