HEATING/COOLING
The home has ducted heating and a split system for all year round comfort. There is also a gas heater and firepit outside.

All four bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two by the firepit accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

This home is located on the vineyard side of town and only a 3 minute drive into Orange CBD where you'll be spoilt with many iconic cafes, exquisite foods, immaculate shopping varieties, parks, lush golf courses + more! Stop by The Agrestic Grocer for brunch, boasting a diverse range of locally sourced produce and a welcoming atmosphere that invites visitors to indulge in the region's finest culinary treasures.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
