Honestly it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had! When we just arrived and wanted to take a shower, we couldn’t use the towels as they were dirty and hairy - it was disgusting! Also, there was no water in the room, we wanted to drink around 1 and when we ordered to have them delivered, they did not deliver anything but told us we have to go down to the second floor for a vending machine (which was also terrible we had to buy each item one by one), and also there wasn’t any toothbrush in the room so we had to order some and they also told us they don’t deliver that to our room so we had to go at the reception and get them. They handed us 2 bags we assumed everything was fine, but when we arrived to the room and opened the bags, there was only toothbrushes without any toothpaste. When we called them to send us some (it was in the morning) they told us that they do not send toothpaste via room service, we had to go down again and get them, which is unreasonable honestly like seriously what does the room service actually deliver? Not water, not toothbrush nor toothpaste, what then? Awful experience, what a waste of money really! I have 2 stars overall just for the staff because they were polite and helpful.

I really liked the breakfast option that is included with your stay. Cleanliness is also not bad. However, some staff members could have been more friendly (don’t smile at all) and welcoming.

Wonderful stay for family of 4! Would have rated 5 stars but unfortunately staying in an even numbered room we were facing the interior garden area which catches all the sound of the freeway and busy street and is loud. Woke us up a couple of times. Overall would absolutely stay again of we had an odd numbered room

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice. The free breakfast was good. The only noise we heard was emergency vehicles since the property was across from a hospital. It was not bad and didn’t keep us from sleeping. If you are sensitive to noise you can ask to to have a room on the opposite side of the hospital. Overall, a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Lovely hotel as most Ayres brands are, breakfast buffet is (ok). They serve on paper plates which we didn’t love , but understand. And they did not offer maple syrup . Which was only an issue for my daughter. Overall would definitely stay again. Comfortable beds, quiet hallways and friendly front desk staff.

Overall the stay was excellent. The only issue was the breakfast ended at 9 am. At 9 the staff removed all the food even if people were still eating
