This condo features a full kitchen with all of the appliances needed for meal prep, a wet bar, and plenty of seating for dining together. You will also have access to the shared outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and beach access! A shared fitness facility is available to keep on track with your workout routine and the jetted primary tub is just the place to soak sore muscle or simply relax after a full day.
When you aren't enjoying the beach and onsite amenities you can head into town, less than one mile west, and enjoy a wide variety of dining options, local shopping, and activities for all ages. Take a short five and a half-mile drive to The Wharf, a waterfront area with a variety of shops, a marina, restaurants, miniature golf, The Wharf's Ferris Wheel — one of the tallest in the Southeast, AMC 15 movie theater, & an amphitheater with a variety of different named events!
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is anticipated to take place at Admiral's Quarters from September 2024 to March 2025. The work to be done includes exterior repairs and painting, which will impact the availability and views of some balconies. While the stairwells are blocked off for repairs, access will be rerouted as needed. Construction work will be noisy, swinging stages descending from the roof will be utilized, parking may be blocked or limited at times, and part of the pool will be blocked during this work.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
