Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Very nice unit. Great views of both the Gulf and intercoastal waterway. We had a couple of very small issues but all were resolved very quickly. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We were pleasantly surprised at everything this property had to offer. Everyone was very nice and the property was well-maintained as well as the unit. There was communication at every point of our trip, which made it very easy to check in and out. The area is very much a low-key enjoyable spot. we will definitely consider going back to Orange Beach Alabama and if we do, we would definitely stay here again

The condo was very spacious. It had everything we needed. There are a few updates needed such as the sectional and the chair. The wine coolor did not work and the toaster needs replaced. Housekeepng needs a separate closet to keep all their extras in, such as pillows, blankets patio furniture cushions etc, rather than the master bedroom closet. Hopefully those will be addressed by the time we get there next year. I would recommend this unit!

Just needs a little TLC
Overall the place just needs a little TLC. The bedrooms are fine, but the couches/rugs feel like they could use a deep clean/replacing rugs. The bath mats in the master used to white and clearly worn/dirty. The outdoor furniture does not hold a drink. The first night we were there the toilet broke but maintenance quickly fixed. The remote batteries went out during our stay. Just needs a deep clean and minor cosmetic updating.

Even though we knew the property had a high rating, nothing can prepare you for that view! It’s gorgeous. Plus it’s located in a less traveled area and everything is so close! Will be staying on site with entire family next year.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Loved the view of the gulf and the bay. The pools were great. We loved walking to Cobalt for dinner on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

We all enjoyed our stay. Wish the lazy river wasn’t under construction but other than that we had a great time. The large balcony had a beautiful view and the size of the condo was great. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts, miniature golf and Cobalt restaurant! Would recommend.

My Beautiful Wife’s Birthday Weekend
