Situated on the 1st floor in a unique complex that includes amenities on both the beachfront, Gulf side as well as the Ole River side – this unit offers a great place for making fun memories during your escape. Viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets is an easy task when you have access to both waterways to watch them over!
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the first floor of the Lei Lani Mini Towers building, situated on the Ole River side of the Lei Lani Complex. You will find the living room with flat screen cable TV and a full-sized sleeper sofa to be a perfect place to unwind after a long day of sunbathing, swimming, and adventure taking! Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for cooking up delicious meals when you are not enjoying takeout from the nearby restaurants. Feel free to step out on to the private patio/balcony in the mornings or evenings, as well, to enjoy some coffee or wine as you relax. Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided.
There's no shortage of comfortable places to lay your head when the sun goes down, either! The master bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and en-suite access to the master bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. In the guest bedroom, you will find a Queen bed, allowing for a total of up to 6 guests to rest comfortably. The second full bath has another tub/shower combo.
When you are ready to take a dip, you will have access to one of the complex's three pools. An outdoor pool is located on the Ole River side (closest to this unit) and another outdoor pool and indoor pool are located across the street on the beach side of the complex! A tennis court, grilling area and shaded gazebo area are also located on the Ole River side, with another grilling and gazebo area located on the beach side. When you stay here, you will have plenty of options. Additionally, there is a push-to-walk button at the crosswalk to allow for safe crossing between both sides of the complex – one less thing to worry about!

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property on the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
