This gulf-front property provides you with wonderful access to the beach as well as two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a tennis court, and a barbecue area.
This air-conditioned condo is open and bright, offering a full kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that frame the water. Just beyond those doors is the shaded patio - a wonderful spot for al fresco breakfasts and sunset card games overlooking the water. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a stacked washer/dryer, and flatscreen cable TVs.
This condo is located along Perdido Beach Boulevard, three miles east of the heart of Orange Beach. You'll be only a mile west of the Flora-Bama, four miles west of Perdido Key State Park, and even closer to all sorts of restaurants, shops, and conveniences.
Things to Know
Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Vacasa's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
