Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48' flat screen HDTV in living room with a wall mounted 32' TVs in the master bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool on the 7th floor, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and indoor tennis court. Park directly on the 3rd floor and avoid the elevators!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase parking passes upon arrival, there is a one time fee of $50 per vehicle for stays between 1-10 days in duration. Reservations between 11-30 days are charged $100 per vehicle. Parking passes for reservations exceeding 30 days in duration will be $100 per month. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
