TV / lounge room with wood burning stove, living room with wood burning stove, conservatory and a large kitchen diner with all comfort. In the utility room shower, sink and toilet. Features 6 bedrooms for a total of 12 people and baby. Second bathroom with double sink, bathtub, shower and toilet. Spacious garden of 1000 m2 on the water for fishing and 2 motor boats, hot tub and several terraces with outdoor fireplace. Sauna in a boat house on the water. Garden is fenced and safe for children. Egboetswater nature reserve within walking distance. In the village an outdoor swimming pool and sauna complex. Just 2 km away from the IJsselmeer and Vlietlanden lake with an 18-hole golf course. Also for children a playground, petting zoo, miniature golf and indoor swimming pool on the IJsselmeer or visit the apiary De Bijenstal in Opperdoes. Or take an old-fashioned steam train trip from Hoorn to Medemblik and then by ferry from Enkhuizen to Hoorn.

Villa nicht zu empfehlen.
Schlüssel Übergabe war super 👍. Hotbut war kaputt konnten es leider nicht nutzen. Wurden leider nicht vorher darüber informiert. Haben extra dazu gebucht, genau so die Bote. Sauberkeit ist leider sehr schlecht. Die Villa ist einfach in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht gepflegt. Viele Teile kaputt. Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Bilder sind schöner als das Objekt.
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie dort. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und auch die Gastgeber waren nett. Aber für 11 Personen war es einfach nichts. Es gibt nur 1 Funktionierendes Badezimmer das zweite kann man weder abschließen noch hat bei uns die Notdusche funktioniert. Die Zimmer waren leider wirklich nicht schön. Das große Elternschlafzimmer indem wir mit Kind geschlafen haben war überall mit Stock-Schimmelflecken überseht. Das Bett leider total durchgelegen und auch schon kaputt eine Latte fiel immer raus. Die Küche war sehr instabil. Manche Türen ließen sich nur schwer öffnen bzw schließen. Die Zimmer im Dachboden sind wirklich nur Betten reingestellt das war’s und die zwei Schlafzimmer sind quasi eins weil der Durchgang durchs andere Zimmer geht. Also das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und für 12 Personen eigentlich nicht geeignet. Auch die Treppen waren sehr steil und schmal, meine 80 jährige Oma hatte wirklich Probleme hoch und runter zu kommen. Ein paar mehr Fotos über den Zustand bzw. wie es innen aussieht wären besser gewesen. Wenn das Objekt Vlt einmal ordentlich saniert werden würde, könnte man es weiter empfehlen. So fand ich jetzt die 4 Tage für den Zustand des Hauses überteuert.

Leider war die Dusche im Badezimmer nicht benutzbar, weil der Abfluss nicht wasserdicht ist. Wir mussten statt dessen die sehr beengte Dusche im Waschraum nutzen. Die Gartenmöbel aus Kunststoff sollten mal erneuert werden. Die Teakholz-Gartenmöbel waren sehr gut. Die Fahrräder waren in desolaten Zustand. Hervorragend waren die Kühlschrankkapazitäten!!

Een huis met karakter!
Met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen hadden wij een fijne week in deze woning. Het is een gezellig huis met mooie hoekjes. Ruim voldoende handdoeken en keukenspullen. Genoten van de hottube. Mooie omgeving met veel mogelijkheden om iets te ondernemen. Doordat het een oud huis is, zijn er altijd wel dingen aan vervanging toe. Wij hebben hier echter geen last van gehad.
