Patten Place is a quick 8 minute drive to All Star Village youth baseball tournament park. Enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood while still close to downtown.
Don’t let the exterior fool you on this one, the home is very spacious inside! Enter into the main floor with the eat-in Kitchen overlooking the back yard, a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths all on one floor, no stairs necessary. The lower level has a 2nd living room great for the kiddos and 2 bedrooms. Close to Cooperstown All Star Village!
Plenty of space for 5-8 people. Great communication with the owner. The kids played Wiffle ball in the big back yard. The best part of the house was the location to Cooperstown ASV. Quick 7-10 minutes across town. Also close to quaint downtown Oneonta. Older home with upgrades in the kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms.
