Strategically located, it is close to the historic towns of Frias, Oña and Poza de la Sal, and only 7 km from the Ebro River. For water lovers, there are swimming pools in Oña and Poza, about 6 km from the house.
Its excellent location also allows you to reach Vitoria and Bilbao in 45 km and 70 km respectively, and the city of Burgos in just 45 km. The region is ideal for hiking enthusiasts, with numerous routes and the Vía Verde Burgos-Villarcayo passing right in front of the house.
