POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The started off all wrong. I was asked for my card for incidentals. It was NEVER said, that my card would be charged for the entire stay plus incidentals. The charge didnt go through. As a i the exact amount needed on the card. I explained that i was paying for 1 night. Financial reasons. And my friends was paying the 2nd night. After explaining this to the lady at the desk, she said she just needed the card to be on file. AGAIN, NEVER saying finds would be on hold, for both nights. Even aftervi explained our arrangement. Next thing I know, i have $0 available for my expenses. FOOD, EVENT ETC. The manager came and started with the "misunderstanding " EXCUSE. THIS WAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didnt care about the customer. My stay was ruined from that moment. Then we returned from an outing. TV didnt work. I called, basically, it was oh well, im busy. I have a medical condition that causes ringing in my ears. I need the sound of the tv to drown the rining, and fall asleep. The next day, someone came. Turned on the tv. There it works she said. I said turn the channel and volume up. Didnt work. Gave us another room. As of today, my funds arent on my card. I had to insist on some documentation regarding the credit. Invoice showS 2 nights paid for. I called, manager still defiant. She finally agreed to send me an email, an email that contained not what i adked for! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Good location downtown. Parked on the street for free after 9 pm. $1 per hour up until then. Lobby is was fun. Bar offered free drink. Coffe free in morning. Room was very tiny. Similar to IKEA.

More of a hostel. Homeless. Fights. Overpriced.
The rooms are incredibly tiny. This isn’t really a hotel. It’s more of a hostel. There were multiple fights outside from the bar across the street. There were homeless people sleeping outside on the sidewalk. The bartender audibly groaned when I asked for my pizza to be made with no cream cheese. Hotel is in a bad location. This is not a $200/night hotel. Maybe half that.

My only issue is the valet parking was in the same parking building across the street I didn't know about. When I reserved my rooms I thought the parking was through the hotel. It was a third party and I could have just walked across the street as the hotel website doesn't say self parking across the street. Then the price dropped per day significantly the day we left. C'est la vie.
