Moxy is a cute boutique hotel. Fun artsy lobby with bar. Easy checkin. Parking garage across street. Great showers. A little street noise. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Be prepared for parking and some apathetic staff.
I was unaware of the steep parking pricing. Valet was marked as $40, but was actually $55/night after taxes and fees. This was 33% of the price of the room, and FAR higher than I anticipated. At check-in, I stood at the counter as an employee stood on the other side, more concerned with her phone and entering data in a notebook than helping me. Once another staff came to help me, things were good. But the initial impression, $40 valet and being ignored at checking were very off putting. The room is nice, but minimal, as expected at the Moxy.

Nice Boutique vibe.
Stayed for just 1 evening. Very boutique feel and had a very creative lobby/check-in area, which is connected to a full bar. Rooms had a unique, as well. Would give it 5 stars, except the pillows weren't comfortable, and the towels were like absolute sandpaper. Solve those issues, and would up it to a 5 star rating. Great location for the old market.

We love Moxy Omaha. The friendliness of the staff is its biggests strength. It is also modern, cheerful and clean. Dog friendliness is a big plus as is free coffee. Breakfast is good.
