This was our first time staying at this hotel and I am giving a 10/10. Everyone was friendly, the workers went above and beyond to make sure our stay great. The rooms was huge. So much space I didn't know what to do. The pool was closed down. But the stay was for my daughter and the enjoyed herself. We will be back very soon.

A Great Place to Stay at a Great Price
We came to Omaha for a funeral. We were only in the hotel for a few hours, to get some sleep and shower and dress for the funeral, and eat breakfast. The food was delicious, the service was great and the beds were VERY comfortable.

They need to update their pictures on google especially of the pool area. The huge water slide was our kids’s favorite part of the stay and you can’t really tell in photos at all. The hot tub was a nice touch. There is even a small tiki bar inside pool area too. Room was clean and breakfast was decent.

This property had an added fee for parking over night when should be included. Our room telephone was broke as was our shower. Elevator had broken displays and a broken fire button. The main pool water was warm, the jungle gym water was cold. Loud foot noises were heard late into the night from the room above us. Breakfast was good, wait staff was very courteous.

No free breakfast, no free parking, and the room was poorly designed. I booked this hotel based on the reviews. I was surprised that this was not what I thought expected. The staff was very polite, but the establishment was lackluster. Im disappointed, I could have saved some money going down the street for a better room.

Called for an airport shuttle during the ice storm. Was told it was coming in 10 minutes. Waited for an hour, never came. Finally had to bribe a driver of a different hotel to take me to your hotel, or risk being stuck at the airport overnight. Your hotel and the other hotel were less than a half mile apart, and that driver had been to the airport and back 3 times while I was still waiting for your driver to come once (and your driver never did show up).
