Reservé por Expedia y me equivoque de direccion, literal 10 minutos despues hablé a expedia para cancelar y no pudieron , hablé al hotel y el gerente se negó rotundamente a devolverme 430 dolares !! Y si , aunque sus reglas dicen que me cargaran al hacer check in no quizo cambiarme a el otro hotel y simplemente me robó . Se los dejo a su concideración si quieren hospedarse ahí. De las instalaciones , no se , nunca pisé el hotel

I am a person that always looks on the bright side of things and NEVER complains but this hotel brought out the complainer in me. I will start with the positives. The building itself was nice and clean and the breakfast that was served was fine. The negatives: Our room was clean for the most part, there was blood on a couple pillow cases and we didn’t have any wash cloths when we arrived..my fault for not asking for any though. We must have stayed on a weekend that there were ball teams in town because There were kids running up and down the halls until very late in the morning, then just a few short hours later one of the moms was yelling down the hallway at some of the kids..again not the hotels fault. My biggest complaint was the absolute lack of parking AND you have to also pay for parking that you can’t even use..it’s absolutely absurd!! We got home late from WWE, it was POURING down rain and there were NO parking spots! I went inside to ask the front desk worker where I could park and he said right beside the building, fine so I did. I parked beside the building, went inside (it’s still POURING rain) and I said “we can park right beside the building correct” he then informs me that it’s the next parking lot over..I was absolutely pissed off! So I had to go back out in the POURING rain to move my car AGAIN. It was a terrible experience and I will NEVER stay there again!

There is a bad smell in the room from the bathroom drain , they used an air freshener but that only made things worse. There is a big scam with the parking they make you pay 15$ extra which you have no other choice but to pay.

Someone rattled my door in the middle of the night. Shuttles from the airport took an hour and the neighborhood was not good. You have to walk by abandoned buildings to get to old market. They forgot my wake up call.

Fire alarm went off in our room and staff didn't know how to disengage it. The night manager was very apologetic and finally was able to get it turned off. We were told we would be compensated at check out. When we checked out we were told the daytime manager was busy and would contact us and that never happened.

NEVER AGAIN
1) Advertised shuttle, no shuttle available. Had to pay to get to hotel. 2) Automatic phone service kept hanging up...only 1 number available. Kept trying, to no avail. 3) Manager seemed disinterested when I told him about the problems. Not our fault attitude. 4) Went to take a shower the next AM... discovered dirty/used towels in the washroom. Disgusting.

While the only purpose of our stay was to have a bed and bathroom as we were busy exploring, the amenities were less than desirable. The pool was freezing cold and the breakfast was less than desirable. The location was very convenient as it was less than 10 minutes from every where we went. The room was very clean and comfortable. I did love that they had Dove products in the bathroom rather than the usual cheap hotel stuff.

We wearing attending a wedding in town. Hotel was holding Gift from bride & groom when we checked in. The pkg was destroyed (obviously been opened and stuff removed). Went to breakfast Sunday morning and there was no food left and drinks were empty. Line up of guests behind us went without also. Staff were notified & they said there was nothing they could do about it. How about refund us some of the cost of the room.
