Slow internet needs to be improved. TV not stream friendly but you can access a personal steam device with some effort. Breakfast very good. Pet friendly? Sure if you cough up $75 , rip-off so shop around.

The room was what I expect, but the light in the bathroom would not stay on. If showering, I’d have to open the door & wave my arm. That’s true for any bathroom activity. Asked 2 different front desk people for assistance. Nothing. The heating/air unit in the room was deafening. I learned that front desk staff either ignores the guest or makes you say “excuse me” before acknowledging a guest. So, since there was no assistance with the bathroom light, why bother to try to get anyone’s attention to ask? The breakfast were good. So that’s a positive thing. We have family there. Will find a different place to stay next time.

Our sink didn't drain and we didn't have shampoo. We told the front counter about it and they said they would have maintenance look at it. When we came back later that day they said they didn't actually send anyone. We talked our way into an equivalent room with a functioning sink and shampoo. At no point during our 6 nights did housekeeping ever clean room (we ran out of toilet paper and towels) and had 6 days worth of dirty diapers in the garbage. We requested the regular house cleaning services after our 4th nightand were told "maybe."
