Spacious 2-story Victorian with lots of character! The home features 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, parlor, living room, a fitness room, a 4-car garage, and countless historic details!

Enjoy watching the sunrise in the adorable breakfast nook, or reading a book on the chaise lounge in the dining room.

The living room features a Roku, a secretary desk, spacious Victorian sofa, and a bookshelf stocked with plenty of books and games.

The parlor features gorgeous original French doors, an original Victorian ornate fireplace, an antique wardrobe, comfy chairs, and a daybed with a trundle to sleep 2 guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. We have an electric stove, microwave, air fryer, full-size refrigerator, Ninja bullet blender, ZeroWater purifier pitcher, drip & Keurig coffee maker, milk frother, and a cute breakfast nook where you can enjoy the sunrises!

The dining room features a large table that seats 8, along with a chaise lounge and an antique trunk filled with games for the whole family!

The two full bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries. Both include a shower/tub with detachable shower hoses and water purifiers. Bathroom 1 also features a bidet and large vanity.

The four bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, with a range of soft & firm pillows and mattresses, and luxury cotton/microfiber sheets to reach your desired comfort level. There are also 2 Japanese futon floor mattresses located in the upstairs bedrooms for additional sleeping accommodations.

The basement features a laundry room, full bathroom, and a fitness room equipped with everything you need to get a full body workout!

Be sure to check out the butterfly garden out back and all the colorful flowers in bloom.

You also have full access to a secured 4-car garage which provides ample parking for you and your guests.
