Very overcrowded, busy lobby with patrons? Not sure they were guests. Beer cans & trash everywhere. Dilapidated run down rooms, pain peeling in hallways.

Older motel. Needs work. Our toilet never shut off and when flushed made a terrible noise and dripped water near the shut-off valve. We had family in the adjoining room and they had no hot water.

The check-in was okay and pretty average. When we got to the elevator to go to our room is when the red flags hit. Elevator was dirty, not workimf properly, arrival to our room the door had to be literally kicked in order for it to open and once we were able to get inside, we were met with a horrible warm, musty, smell. The air did not work for the room, the walls had splattered dirt amoung other things on them, and overall the place just looked and felt run down. Paint missing, bathroom not in the best shape and overall not good. Debated on changing hotels but since we only stayed a night we suffered through. Called after finding a rash all over my body in the morming to talk with the manager and was told to leave a voicemail, left one and still haven't received a callback. If you can stay anywhere else- I would.

Homeless people living in the basement and in the stairwell. Rooms were falling apart, bathtub was chipping and wouldn’t drain, parking lot was dirty and had abandoned cars in it. Carpets were ripped, toilet was dirty,

Checking in was easy and all, but when yo I get to the room and the t.v doesnt work, so you try to call the front desk but then realize the room phone doesnt work. Well i called on my phone down to the front desk amd lwt her know that our t.v wasnt working and all she had to say was "unplug it and plig it back in". God forbid she send some one up or come up to do it.

Do not recommend to stay here. Place is very dirty. Our room had an overwhelming smell it gave us a headache. The carpet is extremely dirty with so many stains. There were bugs in the restroom they come out at night. There was a hair in the sink when we got there. The drain in the shower did not work well the water would not drain properly. The towels are made for children very small and inconvenient. Impossible to sleep at night you can hear your neighbor flush or take a shower. There was a noise that sounded like the back of a plane all night, not sure what it was. The elevators stink bad. Front desk staff was very nice but this place is so rundown and smells horrible. I will never go back. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but save your money. This place is not worth anything.

This place is an absolute dump. Dirty facilities, staff sitting on the check in counter. Elevators are very sketchy. This is more like a Motel 6 property at the cost of a normal hotel. Please look elsewhere and it’s worth paying extra.

Extremely unhappy
We went to check into the room and no one was at the front desk. We called and called but no one answered. Whoever was working that shift (130 am) was not tending the front desk as my husband saw her, tried to get her attention and she flew into the elevator and never came back down. In the meantime 3 or 4 teenagers/young adults came in and out of hotel. We ended up having to go to a different hotel which was booked up and finally found a place to stay. I called the hotel later that morning and asked to speak to a manager but couldnt get anywhere with that. Whoever i talked to would not give me any names and he was extremely hard to understand. He did tell me to contact the company i booked my reservation with and they would contact the hotel directly to get my money back. I will be contacting the hotel again to actually speak to a manger and will definately take it to a corporate level. I am totally disgusted by the lack of customer service and would never recommend this hotel.
