We were checking in an had a very early flight so I let them know that I didn’t need a shuttle there but I needed one when we got back. The person at the front desk looked confused which I understand but made a remark that I would be “waiting on TSA because they don’t get there until 4.” Well the shuttle didn’t leave until 4 and on the way back it took them 10-15 minutes to get there which is perfectly fine on the way back but if I would’ve taken it on the way there there was a chance I would’ve missed my flight, the comment didn’t sit right with me, I would still go back everything else was amazing!

Great customer service!
The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Perkins and the airport. The front desk clerk, Shiela, was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting our room cleaned for an early check in.
