Good place
The room was clean and comfortable. It had what i needed. The noise of the freeway was a bit annoying and the elevator was out of service as i left. Otherwise i liked it a lot.

Overall friendly staff and clean room and inside hotel. Outside was worrisome at times, people living in vehicles in the parking lot, dog poop not picked up. I think people live in the laundry room? Or they do hotel laundry at night?! The door slams pretty much daily from 8pm until 3am. It was pretty bad.

Oh my gosh! The couple Devron and Tage (sp?) Howard are the kindest, most friendly, most helpful, most human, most patient, most caring property managers we have ever seen. Rooms were spacious, very clean, fridge, hot plate, sink, dishwasher, W/D, etc. We have stayed in a Wood Springs once before but this one in Lacey/Olympia with Devron and Tage are the BESTEST and MOSTEST! We used to stay at Extended Stay. Well, not anymore!!!!!! hehehe.

Not happy :(
My first room 212, looked like a crime happened on the bed. I immediately asked for a new room. I definitely feel every bed should have a full zip around mattress protector. My biggest fear is bed bugs. And 212 failed miserably. Next room was 322, bed had full cover on it. But the sheets, room, floor were extremely gross and sticky and dirty. I'm not sure if they don't have a housekeeper manager, but very unacceptable. Floors throughout the entire hotel was very dirty, rooms had bags of garbage outside the door for a full day. Room across from 322s floor was so gross. This was my first stay here with my kids and it was embarrassing unfortunately. I do wish I would have taken photos. Honestly I just tried not to be there much.

The shower stall was roll in. Absolutely inadequate drain, flooding the bathroom and seeming to go through the wall to flood the bedroom as well. Seemed to be new, but ultra cheap. Quality of everything sub par Dollar Store standard. Gabby, the manager was pleasant and said we could arrange a refund through Expedia.

From the start the front desk not properly trained for basic questions and answers. Upon my arrival I was asked for my credit card and got charged an additional fee on top of my prepaid Expedia reservation. Three days later I tried to find out why this deposit has not been returned, I called several times and finally got a hold of Samantha who she said is a manager but the situation ended worst hanging up the phone in a very rude and unprofessional manner and saying you need to address this issue with Expedia, up to this date I have not received any answers or deposits back on my account. Please make sure if you book online let them know to clarify overcharges by getting your receipt from this facility.
