Welcome to this fantastic villa in Oliva! This charming accommodation features 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7 people. With a surface area of 110 m², it is a very bright house with views of the mountains and a relaxing small pool/jacuzzi.

This villa has been recently renovated and features all new appliances, offering a fresh and modern atmosphere. It is fully equipped to accommodate 7 people and offers a spacious indoor area thanks to the open kitchen to the living/dining room. In total, there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, both equipped with shower trays.

Outside, guests can enjoy a porch with a table, a large patio where the small pool/jacuzzi is located, a barbecue, and a small outdoor gallery that houses the laundry area. In summary, this villa is a beautiful Mediterranean villa perfect for enjoying a family vacation.

The location is ideal, just 350 meters from the sandy beach "Mitja Galta" and close to restaurants such as "El Cresol" and "Burguer Beach" 500 meters away. The supermarket "La Botigueta" is 750 meters away and the town of Oliva is 3 km away. For golf lovers, the "Oliva Nova Golf" course is only 7 km away. The train and bus stations in Gandia are 11 km away and the natural park "Marjal Oliva-Pego" is 12 km away. The area is perfect for families and is by the sea.

The villa has a garden, garden furniture, a fenced plot, a terrace, a barbecue, and an iron for the comfort of guests. It also has Internet access via wifi, a hairdryer, air conditioning in the living room, a small outdoor pool/jacuzzi of 1.60*2.20 with natural temperature water, and covered parking on the same plot with capacity for 2 cars.
