With the house being only a 4 minute ride to the beach and pier you are close enough to everything OOB has to offer while getting enough seclusion to enjoy a quiet evening at home. This home has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and a wall mounted flat screen Tv for your enjoyment. The living room has 2 large couches that transfer into full size beds allowing for more sleeping space. The living room is open to the kitchen allowing for seamless entertaining. Step out into the deck off the kitchen which backs to the trees for a serene and relaxing night outdoors. Outdoor space has a few seating areas for outdoor dining and relaxation, relax by the fire pit. Off street parking for 4 vehicles.
