Welcome to “OceanBrook,” the first word in quality seaside Maine vacation rentals. Our unique vacation spot, located in the heart of historic Ocean Park, is ideally situated near Maine's renowned seven mile sandy beach on Saco Bay. This high quality unit is available for weekly and multiple week rentals from the first of May through October.

The accommodations and gardens at OceanBrook border on the privacy and quiet of Jordan Park Marsh and are just minutes from the beach. OceanBrook gets its name from the ocean fed stream that ebbs and flows with the tide and provides salt water to Jordan Park Marsh. And, while we are located in the serenity of Ocean Park, it is just one mile to the hustle, bustle, and excitement of downtown Old Orchard Beach. If you have an interest for exploring, OceanBrook is conveniently located just minutes off Exit 36 of the Maine Turnpike and is centrally located on the Southern Maine coast.

OceanBrook's front lower unit is a 3 bedroom; 2 full bath, 1,110 square foot apartment which provides a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, also with a breakfast bar. The open concept living/dining/kitchen opens on to an enclosed three season front porch which overlooks the front gardens and Jordan Park Marsh. There is a second porch that is accessed from the front bedroom. The unit has ceramic tile and hardwood flooring throughout. For your comfort and convenience, this tastefully appointed unit is fully air conditioned. There are Three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. As additional features, the apartment has its own water service with continuous on demand hot water, cable television, WiFi/ high speed internet, flat screen televisions throughout, full size front load washer and dryer, and off street parking for two cars. Additional space is available for overnight off street parking, as well. The grounds have multiple gardens, patios, dining areas and three barbecue stations, as well as nighttime safety and decorative lighting.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Old Orchard Beach. Enjoy features like a water park. The condo offers a kitchen and a washer/dryer.

Feels like home.
The condition of the property was impeccable and completely decorated as a beach home. Everything you will need for a week or more stay is on hand and up to date. Very comfortable beds. Location is convenient to Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach, and a short walk to Ocean Park Beach. Highly recommended and would stay again.
