In a characteristic stone house in a dominant position, with spectacular views of the sea of the east coast of Sardinia and only 8 km from Olbia, is located this beautiful vacation apartment which, due to the nature of the property, is partly in the basement. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining and from here you can enjoy the view of the turquoise sea that characterizes the Tyrrhenian coasts of the island, famous especially for the beauty of its long white sandy beaches. Olbia is one of the capitals of the northeast coast of Sardinia and offers all kinds of services as well as excellent sea and air connections from the Italian peninsula. The area is particularly appreciated for its proximity to the Costa Smeralda and to some of the most famous places on the island. However, there are also places outside the mass tourism where you can still find spaces of uncontaminated nature and views of incomparable beauty. The double room has no window. Un'esperienza assolutamente terribile, mai avuto un immobile in queste condizioni!!! L'appartamento semplicemente non si puo' definire abitabile, almeno non per una delle due camere, che è totalmente cieca ed interrata, il che di per sè non è un problema dato che viene specificato nella descrizione. Il grave problema è che il livello di umidità e la puzza di muffa sono semplicemente indescrivibili ed a livelli per cui non dovrebbe essere permesso di affittare questo appartamento, almeno non nelle condizioni attuali. La salubrità (ovvero la totale mancanza di essa) degli ambienti è tale da ritenere la seconda stanza una cantina per vini ma certamente non un acamera da letto. I locali ciechi ed interrati sono 3, ovvero il bagno, la stanza menzionata ed un locale magazzino; sono tutti forniti di una ventola di aspirazione come prescritto per legge, ma queste possono fare ben poco nei confronti di un problema di umidità di risalita strutturale, data da un lavoro fatto male nelle fondamenta, e da un lavoro fatto ancora peggio per cercare di ovviare/nascondere. Lavoro nel settore immobiliare e posso affermare che il problema qui è di fondo, ovvero non è stato costruito in maniera corretta e quindi l'immobile assorbe l'umidità da terreno. Hanno fatto di recente un lavoro dove hanno applicato un pannello di cartongesso distaccato di 3cm per creare una vano di areazione ma non serve a nulla, oltre ad averci pitturato sopra bloccando i buchi. Sono stati messi diversi diffusori di profumo per non far sentire l'odore di muffa ma non serve a nascondere; le lenzuola sono quasi bagnate da quanto sono umide; i cuscini, ai quali abbiamo tolto le 3 federe messe per nascondere l'odore e l'umidità, sono gialli e pieni di macchie di umidità; La stanza era stata appena dipinta (confermato dal roprietario), eppure già mostrava i segni di umidità che tornava e scrostava le pareti. In questa stanza non solo non si puo' dormire, ma è malsano anche solo passarci qualche ora. Il problema c'è anche in bagno che trasuda umidità, ma avendo le piastrelle rimane meno evidente ad occhio nudo. Il magazzino invece era appena stato scrostato e si apprestava a ricevere lo stesso trattamento della camera, ovvero un palliativo che non serve a nulla e che puo' mascherare a livello visivo ma sicuramente non per la percezione olfattiva e tattile. Navasol, il fornitore dell'appartamento, si è rifiutato di rimborsare e quindi sconsiglio a chiunque di usare questa società! Serietà ZERO!!!
