The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living area, furnished with a dining table, sofas, a television and a French window overlooking the highlight of the house: the large terrace furnished with a relax area and dining table, surrounded by hedges to preserve the privacy of the guest, and where guests can spend time outdoors. The kitchen, complete with refrigerator, oven and all the necessary cooking tools.The sleeping area is divided into two rooms, both with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with shower, one en suite, complete the layout.

In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.
