This unit is located on the first floor right in front of the designated parking spot which was convenient. There seems to be guest parking near the main street, but I traveled solo. Unit also appeared to be recently remodeled so everything in there is newish. A few things I did not like. The curtains left a lot to be desired. Not only was it see thru thin, but there were plenty of gaps where you could see inside from the outside. The only true privacy was the bathroom. The front door had no curtains at all. There's two mini splits that cool/heat the unit. The mini split in the bedroom was blowing directly on the bed and although I tried to adjust the setting, direction and even where I was sleeping on the bed, it didn't help. I pretty much woke up with cold sweats on both night. There were no paper towels in the kitchen. A unit upstairs was being remodeled so very often I would hear banging, drilling or water running. Lastly the fridge had no ice/water dispenser. Historically units like these would have them, but not a deal breaker since there's a supermarket not far away where I picked up bottled water and ice. I wouldn't see myself staying here again mainly for 2 of the reasons above.
