For the price, it was exceptionally clean. Basic breakfast available. Appears to have recently been rennovated. Truly hope guests do not trash it and make it hard on owners and service team to maintain

Clean, quiet and a great value for the price!
Overall my stay was good. Room was pretty clean except for the mirror. It was dusty as if it hadn't been glass cleaned in awhile. The location is in a shopping strip next to a Hobby Lobby and Hallmark store. Dollar tree, gas stations, chain and local restaurant in the same area. Heat worked very well, water got nice and hot for showers. I was on the bottom in room 120. Very quiet and no loud music or people walking on my head. There's no elevator. It's an older renovated hotel with two floors. Can't rate the breakfast. I didn't eat it. Great value for the stay.

Couples Getaway 💑
This is not my first stay and it happens to be my favorite hotel. The prices are always affordable, its very clean, its never loud, check in is easy and quick, the front desk agents are always friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious. I have a suggestion about getting thicker covers. however, I do bring my own blankets. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I always stay here when in Edmond, OK. Mike Patel is a great person, nice & friendly. The hotel is clean and peaceful. A great place to say.
