We have stayed at this hotel for over 15 years every year when doing business in Oklahoma City. Always has been clean and the staff has been helpful and efficient. However, this year we felt as there has been a change in the management or ownership and the staff is less than helpful and one gentleman that works late night/over night is extremely mean and very condescending. We had two rooms booked and with the weather the other couple was running late. I met them at 11:45pm with their key in the lobby so they could go up and go to bed since it was late. This man stood in the doorway and would not let us go to our room until we told him what room we were in and how many people were in our party and then he threatened us with kicking us out. I understand Oklahoma City has had an influx of homeless people and I understand that at times they have had to run them off. But don't treat your paying guests like they are part of that group. He knew I had just come from upstairs from my room and I had keys and their receipt from paying for their room in my hand and he still treated us horribly.

HORRIBLE STAY

The my have not gave me my deposit back, the gentleman at night was EXTREMELY RUDE. He stopped me from going to my room demanding I show ID not a key card or anything but didn’t ask my friend for hers. This guy was the worst front desk person I have ever encountered. Also there was no safety lock for my door and the room smelt of stale cigarettes. I want a refund from them and my incident deposit back!

Steer clear

It turns out this is mostly a transient hotel, very run down. The toilet in my room would flush properly. Rooms are furnished with what looks like goodwill finds. Not an enjoyable stay in the least, steer clear.

A Home away from Home

I stay here two weeks out of each month and find the accommodations great…the staff is friendly and great and go out of their way to make a guest feel at home. Julie is great along with all the booking staff.

Although the staff was nice and very helpful the floor I was on smelt like marjauana and the first night I was there there was a fight early in the morning which they took care of right away. Second there is a bug and rat issue. The room I was in looked like it hadn’t been used in a while because it was dusty the bathtub the paint was peeling! But you get what you paid for. 23 a night is great but not if I have to sleep with bugs and rats!
