Even though we only stayed one night, everything was wonderful! We received a room upgrade, the staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the cleanliness and the newly remodeled and modern atmosphere was very relaxing. We will definitely return.

Not what I expected, not worth 130 a night
1st off They refused me my prepaid non refundable room w/O a legit credit card at check in for incidence. Bank card wasn't good enough. Reserved king size bed w hottub. It's just a jetted bath tub. some pros and cons. The jets in the hot tub 1st floor are not working. The pool area feels like a sauna. Very hot thick air. The water in pool has something in it other then chlorine. They need wifi extenders. I'm on 3rd floor. The wifi continues to cut in and out and 75%of my channels on TV say no signal including cmt, animal planet exc. that they have playing in the lobby. I've had to hotspot tablet the whole stay. The breakfast was just ok. refrigerated options limited. At 7am and they had 2 yogurts, no hard boiled eggs, the hot food looks like heated up frozen biscuits, sausage and flat round eggs. On a Saturday morning. The the coffee maker is in the bathroom when there is plenty of room and outlets by there microwave desk area. Nothing like the La quinta I just left in Ardmore and more expensive. So what I do like, even though the tub wasn't what I was expecting it was a little more relaxing then a regular tub. There is a make up mirror in the main mirror, the bed is extremely comfortable and the air conditioner works well.The tub shower is outta dated and has a bright yellow plastic shower curtain. All and all I can't say i recommend spending extra money for room with hot tub. I don't think I'll be back to this location again.

The staff was great. 2 issues - the pool wasn't well maintained - water wasn't very clean and the 2nd issue dealt with having dogs on a non-dog floor. A guest was allowed to have a dog on the 4th floor and howled and barked during the night. When I spoke to the staff member, he indicated that pets were confined to floors 1 & 2. He did indicate that when he became aware of this issue through another guest, he told the occupants they would have to move to the other floor. Unfortunately this was our last night and we had an early flight out, thus limited sleep our last night.

This hotel was a great place to stay in this area. The staff was extremely sweet and helpful! Anytime I visit this area, I will be staying at this hotel. The only thing I would say made it lose one star overall was the breakfast. It did have pretty common options, but nothing too exciting. Overall a fantastic place to stay!
