The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The bedding was of high quality. The amenities in the room were very nice. Parking ($10/day) is directly across the street. Check-in is a breeze. The Mary Eddys is a nice, upscale restaurant with good service. There is a bakery within the building and I enjoyed the coffee and patisserie. The halls are cavernous with a vinyl plank flooring used throughout. If I had some complaints it would be these: The cavernous halls echo voices well. There are inside rooms adjacent to 4-story chasms filled with decorative LED light fixtures. Unfortunately, it was impossible to fully darken the room from the LED lights. I didn't know to designate not to have an inside room, because I did not know in advance that inside rooms were a thing. That was my mistake. Also, the refresh-rate on the LED bathroom lights was too low (if you know you know). Otherwise, the room was very clean, the common areas were frequently being cleaned, the staff was friendly, and the location was very handy.

Room and comfort of the bed was nice. Was supposed to get a food and beverage credit, but they did not honor it. Lights in the room kept coming off and on, took the a whole day and a half to fix it. Some of the employees there were just too lazy to go that extra mile to make you feel appreciated. Hotel itself was beautiful, would have loved to recommend, but not after my experience.

the Fordson is a destination hotel. I'm not going to spoil the surprise of when you walk in, the feeling of grandeur, modernism, and service that you will receive. this hotel is, simply, Excellent. I found no faults, nothing to critique, it is a place you will need to experience. I have found this to be true of all the Unbound Collection by Hyatt properties.

This hotel quality and the stay was very nice and the property is unique. Be warned if you’re bringing children that the pool changes to adults at 4 pm or 5 pm. We had children that wanted to go in the pool and we were not able to because it was a party atmosphere. The guest were also rude making the 30 mins the kids could swim very inconvenient.
