Room reeked of wet dog. Had to buy a bottle of Febreeze to survive. Bed linens in nonsmoking room full of cigarette burns. Old food crusted in walls. Buildings run down. Halls smelled like smoke. Nasty place to stay. Front desk lady was very nice however. She was the only bright spot.

The stay was quiet and bed was comfortable. Things were broken inside my room and a hole in the wall also the TV did not work properly. Probably won’t stay here again I come a lot to see my son and watch OU football games.

Booked this hotel b/c it is close to OU and I needed an affordable place to stay for Family Weekend. For the price I paid, I cannot believe they get away with charging this much. First, I checked in on my phone via a link that led me to their website. When I arrived, the receptionist said I had to pay in full. I told her I already checked in, but they had no record of it and tried to charge me again for the entire stay. I had to call my CC company, who confirmed this hotel already charged me the full amount. After a good 15 minutes, the receptionist got the owner and figured it out. So, they are not on board fully with remote check in so BE CAREFUL if they try to double charge you. This is hands down the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It just needs to be torn down. Smelled like mildew and cigarettes in the hallways. VERY outdated. My room had mismatched paint and splattered/bad paint. Sliding glass door to patio would not lock so I had to push the desk up against it to feel safe. Spiders in shower, cockroaches on bathroom floor and in hallways of hotel. Bedding was terrible. Towels were thin and small. Toilet ran all night and was stained. It just felt dirty and upkept all around. I spent as little time there as possible and still feel like I was totally ripped off. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and honestly feel I should get some kind of refund back for the amount of money they up-charged just because it was Family Weekend. Not good!

Much older property that would normally be a $99/night (or less) hotel but was heavily marked up for an OU weekend event. It is generally in average to poor condition. Our room was accessible from an interior corridor but many appear to be only accessible from the parking lot.

The property wasn't what we had seen listed. Upon arrival, the property is ran down. The hallway to our room was dark and felt unsafe. The area outside was trashed, and the building needs to TLC. The room had a stale smell, but we were so tired, it didn't bother us too much after we ran the AC for a bit. However, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The bathroom was dirty because it had dead insects and hair from a previous guest. The “breakfast” was really a grab & go snack, not an actual breakfast with eggs or waffles. But the check in was fast, and the room was spacious and easy to find. Overall, I think is too pricey for what it really is. I would not recommend it.

I can canceled my reservation because the area was unsafe! Homeless people all around the area. Wanted a refund and was denied because it was after the check-in time! The pictures are miss leading in Expedia. They still give customers the wrong info and don't want to refund!
