Property confirmed having a pool on booking then Expedia did absolutely nothing to help, unfriendly, unhelpful staff lied, laughed and refused to refund money for a hotel that was never stayed at. I’ve been waiting for 3 days now for a callback from a supervisor or manager. My best advice is to avoid using Expedia it’s a scam.

Pool being remodeled but no work being done room smelled of pet urine. My boys were exceptionally disappointed with me for this. Paid the 94$ upon booking the room then was charged 74$ on top of that when actually checking in. Insane. Not happy with any of this at all.

Staff was very kind, but we had been assigned a room near an exiting outside door. When coming in and out of said door there were TONS of bugs crawling and heading their way to our room. We stayed 2 nights and each morning we’d wake up to new bugs in the bathroom and near our door. Unfortunately,some of them ended up in our bed.

I’m not sure what anyone else is talking about as far as homeless around the property. I saw none on my stay. Now at the 7-11 a bit in front there was maybe 2-3 homeless. They didn’t enter hotel property though. I felt safe. My only real complaints are the beds aren’t very comfortable and breakfast really is bad.

The staff at this hotel was by far the best part. Unfortunately out of our five rooms, only 1 of them was clean and in good condition. We had broken AC, bugs, and damaged furniture. The area around the hotel seemed clean but unfortunately there is a problem with homelessness in the area, so every intersection had people asking for help. Overall I am not able to recommend this property, even for the very good price we paid.
