This place is not safe. Do not stay here. Our car was broken in to and all of our luggage’s were stolen. The property has no cameras in the parking lot. Also there were bloody towels in the room. The overnight staff was friendly but should warn tourists not to leave anything in their cars.

We are driving cross country with our dog and they were accommodating to us last minute. We booked on Expedia and got there 20 minutes later. They put us on the first floor near the door to take the dog in and out as needed. We were able to access the hallway again with the room key card. Great little breakfast before heading out again. It included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, Belgian waffles, juice, and so much more. Very clean and great staff.

Could use some TLC
The person working the front desk was FABULOUS! He was kind and very helpful. The hotel is more dated than the pictures show and there are quite a few homeless people living nearby. We ended up taking everything out of our car, so it wasn’t a temptation. The furniture in our suite was worn, but the beds were very comfortable and everything seemed to be clean.

The pool was out of order due to remodel, we could have canceled and got a refund but it was already 1500 hrs and we would have to look for another place to stay. The keys to the room did not work we had to switch them out, coffee maker did not have a basket for the coffee. The ceiling had bad spots where the paper on the sheet rock was coming off making it an eye sore. The room faced the West and the heavy curtains could not be closed which allows the sun to shine in as it sets making the room very bright and hot.

We stay in that hotel because they show a swimming pool as part of the amenities, when we checked in the told us the swimming pool was temporary close for Remodelacion , my wife and I and my kids were not very happy because that, and we could not cancel the reservation because we did the reservation on line with not refundable money.

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms are in disrepair: cracked tile, broken faucets, slow drains, damaged walls. The linens looked like they’d been wadded up in a laundry basket for two weeks before placing on the bed. The furniture is dirty, stained and incredibly — I do mean incredibly — uncomfortable. I booked this room for the weekend specifically to read uninterrupted which is impossible under these conditions. I’ve no idea how this hotel has such high reviews. I’ve also no idea why Choice International allows their logo on this property. In short, if you need a place to sleep for one night, this is probably fine. But for more than one night, definitely go someplace else.

The hotel is located in an area with lots of homeless people, we got a first-floor room, I got scared as I opened the window curtain in the morning there was a man sleeping right outside the room, I felt as if someone had been looking at us thru the window. Not booking this hotel ever again.
