It seemed overhead costs were more important than customer satisfaction. Example: One bar of soap for sink and tub, even though they aren't in the same room. Or, no room amenities unless you asked front desk, not even a plastic dirty clothes bag... Ugh!

Being next to a freeway, I was concerned about safety as this area attracted a population of people who lived or walked on surrounding streets. There was no incident, but there were people outside the periphery of the motel shouting and carrying on.

Francisco, the young man who checked us in was kind and friendly! He does a good job! The room was not real clean…two lights did not work, there was yellow stains on the pillows, the bathroom ceiling was stained and needed repair, and there were flies! I think with some TLC, it could be very first class!
