This hotel is so considerate, it has everything you can think of if you are traveling with toddlers: diapers, wipes, strollers, bibs, toiletries, toys and more! The breakfast buffet is nice, has plenty options for vegetarian and the public bath is awesome! My kids love it :)

It was like being in a Japanese Disney location. Bright, colorful, lots of people. Restaurants were good. We were not pleased with the pillows and beds. Pillows flat and hard, beds were hard. Staff was awesome and everywhere was very clean.

Just delightful in every way. The staff are all so helpful and kind. The property is pristine from top to bottom. The location is ideal, the best on the block. There are eating choices everywhere, convenience stores, souvenir shops, even a Make Man nearby! Just the best stay I’ve ever had in a hotel. They bring you anything you need promptly, have a laundry room that’s clean and convenient, and again staff are just the best! Would love to stay there again. I stayed there nine days without any complaints. I highly recommend it for all.

The property was nice looking and in a very good area but the staff was unhelpful and not friendly. They were rude and were laughing when my boyfriend and i made any type of request. Any time we asked for extra towels they were not brought. They also charged us 800 yen for a lost room key. I was very surprised because anywhere else we have stayed in Japan the staff was outstanding and the people we have met here have been so friendly. Very disappointed with this stay and we will not be returning.

Nice hotel, in busy area so easy to visit bars restaurants and shopping in a really short walk. Hotel nice, however charge to use outside roof pool, the inside hot baths nice and they are free to use. Access to beach from hotel was shut. The area was very western and touristy didn’t feel very Japanese.
