The condition is new being a 4 year old hotel. Having a Donki besides and near to a monorail station makes it a super convenient. Kokusai Dori is 15min walk away and 900yen taxi ride. Having a washer-dryer within the family room is a great but though the washer dryer cycle takes slightly more than 2 hr. The room also comes with a small kichenette sink with microwave oven for heating up convenience store food. The breakfast is delicious though not much variety, most dishes are the same daily for 3 days I stayed. There’s a free coffee vending machine. The only pity is no water is provided. I did boil my own water and got ice from the dispenser to cool it. I will choose the same hotel if I come to Okinawa in future.

The room was cosy for a family of 3. Stayed one night. Approx 15 mins to the airport for 1500 yen. Room was tidy and clean. Room amenities were sufficient. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby serving local cuisines.

Very clean, nice rooms, it's on top of Donquihote you get down by elevator directly to the store. 2-3 minutes from a monorail station that has an escalator and elevator. 7 eleven and Lawson are also by the station.

We enjoyed our stay at Tokyu Stay. Room was amazing and clean! Plenty of space for my family. The loft outlets and lights on the stairs didn’t work, but we worked around it. Great location as well! We enjoyed Don quioye below us!

Very clean hotel with lots of amenities
The hotel staff were extremely friendly, rooms amenities were equipped and even has a washer dryer in the room was a big plus. Love the Toto Toliet which warms the seat. There is a giant super store under the hotel called donki which has everything you need. The only down side is the parking , which you have to pay daily but once you come back in 1 day period , You would have to pay again. The hotel is amazing overall.

Great hotel! Quiet, Convenient and Comfortable! Very Japanese breakfast could use adding fruit to the buffet. Parking available on 3rd & 4th floors with Hotel Lobby on 5th floor. Don Quixote below hotel on 1st & 2nd floors with some items cheaper than Kokusai Street. A bit far to walk to Kokusai shopping street but Taxi ride was about ¥700 and very easy and convenient.

No mirror, no ladies customer
It was worthwhile to stay this hotel, TOKYU’s name gave me a sort of guarantee on the stay. One important request to the Hotel is, I want a mirror in the lift. There is no mirror in the lift ! Unbelievable. It’s a must for especially ladies to check make-up and dress, and so on. Lack of sense.

The hotel is very new and clean. The front desk staff speaks very good English. He is efficient too. However, the area is very quiet, hence a bit inconvenient for shopping.
