Madison Place is a historic home on Madison Ave. It is close to the vibrant heart of Ogden and to several major ski resorts. Enjoy the excitement and art filled 25th street along with other nearby attractions.

Madison Place was originally built in 1893. True to its original design, your private apartment boasts ten foot ceilings, period trim and casings, radiant heat along with modern essentials. Large bay windows fill your living room with light. Includes outdoor Ski/storage locker.

Your Bedroom has a full size bed. The living room includes a pull out queen size sofa to accommodate others in your group.

Apartment 2 is equipped with a new mini split air conditioning system and radiant heating which make the space exceptionally comfortable.

Feel safe and secure during your stay. Your private apartment includes a state of the art security system with personalized coded entry.

Enjoy complementary locally roasted coffee from Wasatch Roasting Company when you book at Madison Place. Also get a discount at their downtown location when mentioning Madison Place!

You will have access to the parking area, the main lobby and to your private apartment via an individualized code that we set up for you just prior to your arrival. You will also have access to your own outdoor locker big enough for storing two mountain bikes or ski / snowboard equipment. The locker is conveniently located at the front of your designated parking spot and will have a lock coded to match your access code.

In addition to the complimentary gift card and bag of coffee mentioned above, guests will also receive in person and online ordering discounts with Wasatch Roasting Company. The code is “Madison Place”, so if you love the coffee you can always order more when you return home :-)

Most communication will be via text or phone, and occasionally in person. I will be available to help you if you have any needs during your stay. I'm here to help and I want to make Madison Place the very best it can be, so if you have any questions at all please reach out.

Madison Place is located at the north east corner of the Nine Rails Creative District. This is very close to downtown 25th street, and Washington Boulevard, which are loaded with great restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

Lester Park is just across the street with plenty of mature trees, an expansive lawn and a playground.

Tesla / Electric vehicles welcome! For a small fee, you may charge your electric vehicle overnight at Madison Place. If you prefer a rapid charge, there are charging stations at the Library which is adjacent to Lester Park and only a block away from Madison Place.

Double pane windows and 13 inch thick walls provide a substantial barrier to the sounds of the surrounding urban neighborhood.

Uber and Lyft offer very competitive rates and they both have a good presence within the area. Madison Place is also within walking distance to historic 25th street and public transit lines are abundant in the area. The front runner train is also a very convenient way to get to Salt Lake City. There is free parking for guests located behind the building and a gate across the entrance to the parking area.

Madison Place Includes a total of 3 private apartments (two 1 bedroom and one 3 bedroom). These are listed individually, but we are happy to accommodate larger groups that would like to make use of more than one of the apartments during their stay. (subject to availability)

Also, the TV is equipped with Chromecast for streaming and HDMI connectivity. Detailed instructions are located in the manual. Please let us know if you need any help with the set up. There is no basic cable or local broadcast TV available.
Welcome to Madison Place! To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for everyone, we have some guidelines in place that we kindly ask you to follow.

Firstly, please note that we do not allow any illegal drugs or smoking on the premises. Additionally, we ask that all guests respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM and refrain from hosting any parties.

We are pet-friendly and welcome furry friends at no extra charge. However, we do expect our guests to keep their pets attended and on a leash at all times, clean up after them, and ensure that there is no evidence of their stay when they leave.

For your safety, we have security cameras around the perimeter of the property, in the main entryway, and lobby, all of which are shared spaces with the owner and other guests. Please note that this is an apartment building owned by a separate company. The lobby, yard, and all shared spaces are owned by a separate company. While you have been granted access to these areas, the area that you are renting under the terms of your agreement is limited to your apartment. Your apartment is completely private, and we respect your right to privacy.

Guest property remains the responsibility of the Guest, and any property left behind may be disposed of at our sole discretion. If you have lost something, please let us know, and we will do our best to recover it for you.

We send a rental agreement upon booking, which must be signed. Preview below. We may also require you to update your information with Airbnb if it is out of date or upload a copy of your driver's license (front and back) to prevent fraud.

We understand that longer-term guests may have mail delivery needs, and we are happy to offer helpful alternative suggestions.

All guests staying on the Hosts' property must be listed in the booking, and any additional guests are subject to trespassing at our discretion. Registered guests have a reasonable right to privacy during their stay, which only extends to private areas of the property, and does not include any shared spaces or the perimeter of the property.

Lastly, check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please be sure to check all drawers and under the bed for personal belongings, lock up when you leave, and let us know with a quick text. In case of an emergency, contact us right away, and if it's a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{checkin_date_year}} between the following:

Host: {{host_name}} (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).



QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.



OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of {{number_of_guests}} guests.



If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.



BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.



UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.



SECURITY DEPOSIT. The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:



Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.



PETS. We do allow pets at Lincoln Sky Landing for an additional fee. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times and immediately pick up any mess that they make. Guests are responsible for any damages or fees resulting from their pets.

POSSESSIONS. Any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to keep such items to sell or for personal use.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited.

SUBLETTING. The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.


INSPECTION. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice as in accordance with State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if

Quaint building and great location
The building is very quaint and is centrally located...pretty much everything within walking distance. There is a big park on the corner and the dogs enjoyed walking there. Had a nice stay, visited with the grandkids and got a bike ride in on the river trail. Definitely would recommend. Chris is a great host.

A great place to stay in Ogden
We loved Madison House. This place has a lot of character! This old house was comfortable and quiet. Very cozy on those cold Utah nights! Our host was exceptional. We needed help with a small issue and he was right there! We will book again when we are in Ogden.
