Dear guest! Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our hotel. We are always interested in the opinion of our guests for improving the quality of service, but in your case, the problems that you described in your review did not arise in our hotel. All air conditioners in the hotel are serviceable and are adjusted to a comfortable individual temperature for the guest, and hot and cold water is served around the year. You needed only to call the reception and our staff immediately would help you to set up or to show how to use the appliances in the room. With the help of this response, we, as the guide of the hotel, appeal to all guests reading this review, that if you have any difficulties using the appliances in the room or any other issues – please, contact the hotel staff, that works specifically for you, and each employee will gladly help you.
