Avoid this place !!!!!
Very bad stay , avoid this place , no lights outside , complicated access, poor breakfast, this is a very bad place to stay specially during winter time , the staff is doing maximum efforts but they don’t get any eaning from owners ! Even sugar for coffee is given greedily, they serve it already in the cup , not leaving any choice for guest , very bad stay , better to stay in portofino the adjacent hôtel , or stay in other hotels around , very disappointing, we will definitely not return there

This is beach club that has a few rooms. This is not a quiet hotel. It is a party place. The staff is very good. If you like dance music and do not mind loud music. Choose this place.

Personelin %70 i ingilizce bilmiyor. Ne sipariş veririseniz verin ya fazla ya eksik yada yanlış getiriyorlar :) ama kesinlikle parayı istiyorlar özellikle barda. Havuz başında soft içeçekler söylerseniz 1 saat gelmesini beklersiniz gelen garsonda getirdiği için tip ister . JBL ses bombam vardı şarja taktım restorantta ve geri geldiğimde yoktu ÇALINDI. Bin kere yetkililerle konuştum adamlar tamam ilgilencez diyor sonra umrunda olmuyor insan bi kameralara falan bakar. Her yer türk olmuş gece clübü dediler vasattı.İnternet hiçbiryerden çekmez. Odayı beğendim su klima yatak sınıfı geçti.

المنتجع جميل جدا ولاكن المسؤل هناك سارق ولئيم
لقد تمت سرقة اكثر من ٧٠٠٠ من الخزنة الخاصة بالغرفة ولا يعلم الرقم السري الا انا وقمت بأخبار المسؤل وأخبرني بان اعطيه بعض الوقت وبعد ذلك لم يفعل شي وقمت بإبلاغ الشرطة واتى رجل الشرط وقام فقط بكتابه تقرير فأخبرته ان يفحص الكميرات ويستجوب المدير والمسؤل ولاكن لم يفعل وبعد ذلك تمت مجادله حاده مع المدير لانه قام باستفزازي والضحك علي وفي اليوم التالي اخبر اثنين من رجال الشرطه على علاقة بهم بان يأخذوني الى قسم الشرطه وأخبرتهم ماالجريمه التي قمت بها لان لدي رحله بعد ثلاث ساعات فقامو بشتمي وأخبروني بان لا اتحدث وبعد نصف ساعه اخبروني اذا أردت ان اخرج بان ادفع مبلغ ٥٠٠٠ الف فأخبرتهم اني سوف اتصل ب السفارة واطلب محامي بعد هذا قالو لي خذ جواز سفرك واذهب . المنتجع جميل ولاكن المسؤل هناك يجيد السرقة لذا ارجو الحذر منه ، لانه لايستطيع فتح الخزنة الا هو وكم موظف فقط . تمت سرقتي مرتين في المره الاول ظننت اني أضعت المال او اي شي ولاكن في المره الثانيه كنت قد سحبت المال قبلها بوقت قليل وكان ١٥ الف وبعد ان ذهبت الى المسبح سرق منها مبلغ مايعادل ٤٥٠٠ . وانا متاكد من ان المدير ضالع في هذا الامر . لانه بعدها حاول إسكاتي واخافتي وإبلاغ أصدقائك من الشرطة بعمل الشئ نفسه . اريد ان اخبر الجميع ان المنتجع جدا جميل . ولاكن يجب الحذر على أموالهم خاصه داخل الخزنة . وأرجو من صاحب المنشائة ان يقوم باستجواب المدير ، لكي يحافظو على سمعه هذا المكان الجميل . وأرجو من جميع السياح عدم الرضوخ اذا طلب منهم شرطي فاسد المال لكي يخرجه من المأزق .

Hier muss man noch viel dazulernen! Nie wieder!
Unzumutbares Zimmer! Schlafen ist nicht möglich. Vergleichbar mit dem Ballermann. Von 10 Uhr bis 5-7 Uhr in Früh extrem lauter Bass! Dazu dreifache Beschallung! 3x verschiede Musik. Über dem Zimmer liegt eine Karaokebar! Es ist einfach nur laut! Klar, duldet man Musik in so einem Club...aber es gibt Grenzen! Zimmer werden nicht automatisch gereinigt! Also auch kein Toilettenpapier, etc.... Zimmer sind für den Tarif extrem teuer! Unverschämt für die Ukraine! Service am Pool: Mega schlecht; mit Ausnahmen! Viele männlichen Bedingungen sind nur mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Entweder man muss immer wieder rufen, und dann kommt nicht einmal wer. 80% dazu komplett unfreundlich! Viele Getränke nicht bestellbar...... hier verliert man wirklich viel Geld. Kundenservice ist hier ein Fremdwort! Wlan geht sehr schlecht, und bricht immer wieder ab im Zimmer (am Pool ok).
