I canceled my dinner reservation twice and when checking out was told I had two charges for a no/show for dinner. Having to deal with that at checkout delayed my airport transportation and my group of eight almost missed our flight.

My daily and I stay at the Moon Place Ochio was unbelievable, after arriving early to check we had to waiting two hours to get a room. The room that was given was not made up and had to go back to reception for them to relocate us, waiting another hour and a half, not good, would not recommend this hotel to any one

Checking into the hotel took over 3 hours, simple request for 2 rooms on the same floor was difficult to obtain until a manager helped me. Overall, the service was only good when workers were tipped and we were constantly being asked to buy additional services, excursions, membership. Overall, the resort amenities, shows, food were not as good as other all inclusives we've stayed at.

This experience significantly disrupted our vacation, and I urge management to address food safety standards and provide appropriate compensation for the distress caused.”

Horrible service, and orbitz tried but not helpful to resolve our stay dates! Even though i booked the governors suite, they make you run from table to table to “approve this” “approve that”! None of the customer service reps have any authority except to click those buttons on Palace app. Their restaurants have empty tables, but claim they are fully booked, and we cant offer any more reservations! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from any Palace properties!!
