Dear Guest: Thank you for choosing our resort and for sharing the feedback on your experience. So sorry about the upset stomach but happy that our hotel nurse was on hand to assist in this regard. Each morning at 11 a.m. in the lobby, the entertainment team conducts orientation for all guests - this information is posted in the hotel's newsletter, The Jewel Times, which is placed in each guest's welcome package. This orientation takes the guest on a tour of all the activities that happen on the property, off property tours, restaurants, excursions, all in all, it speaks to everything that the guest wishes to know. It is very important that our guests are treated to the very best vacation experience and so we will continue to work diligently on all areas of our product and service to ensure that is a reality for all.
