The ultimate Oceanside retreat awaits. This beautiful home boasts a private backyard with a private saltwater pool and pool spa. (An automated system for the pool and spa make it easy to use!) Spend sun-kissed days making a splash in the pool or lounging poolside. A gas grill and firepit add to the fun.

Inside, high ceilings, chic decor, and a wood-burning fireplace create an inviting vibe. Ample entertaining space abounds with a living room, family room, and den - each outfitted with a large smart TV. In the garage, you will find a ping-pong table, cornhole, and ladder ball. In addition, the garage hosts exercise equipment for your morning workouts.

All-white cabinets, counters, and appliances create a sophisticated style in the well-equipped kitchen, while multiple dining tables provide plenty of room to savor home-cooked meals together.

Enjoy lots of thoughtful extras like boogie boards, beach toys, pool toys, foldable chairs, an ice chest, and a portable, waterproof Bluetooth JBL speaker. Family-friendly items include a high chair, umbrella stroller, baby Pack ‘n Play, games, puzzles, and books.

Hop on the three provided bicycles and explore the area. There’s a community playground nearby for the little ones in your group. The beach is a short drive away (within 7 miles), and local soccer activities. Other area attractions include Legoland, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, So Cal Sports Complex (5.4 miles), Carlsbad Strawberry Fields, plus breweries and wineries.

The hot tub is heated with a $35 per night fee already included in the booking.
The fireplace requires Duraflame logs; one complimentary log is provided.
Enjoy coastal breezes year-round. For the warmer days, each room has a ceiling fan, and three oscillating fans are available. Open the windows for natural air-conditioning.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Security camera details: This home has a doorbell camera at the front door and three exterior security cameras. One is on the garage, one is on the side of the property, and one is in the backyard.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
