Under construction
The property was undergoing renovation/construction and not ready for occupancy, even though it was booked two months prior. Boxes, construction materials, no couch, no TV, band new unplugged fridge, the whole place smelled like fresh paint. Vrbo/Evolve were accomodating in giving me a full refund however, no help with booking another place or covering the extra fees of booking last minute on a holiday weekend. Wound up having to get a low end hotel room at high price. Wack!

Cozy studio
Booked for a “girls trip”. Three of us were able to stay here quite comfortably. The studio is gorgeous and well appointed. It’s really a lovely property and we enjoyed the fire pit immensely.
