Needs a lot of work. Booked this hotel because of the hot tub and pool and the adult hours they have from 10-12. Even at check in the lady reminded us about the late adult pool hours. It was my husband and my 28th wedding anniversary and all we wanted to do was relax in the hot tub. Got all ready walked down to go into hot tub and it was ice cold. Extremely disappointed

The staff was polite and our room was very clean but the bed was old and there was no coffee pot in our room. However, they did have coffee and tea available 24 hours in the lobby. The coffee they provided was good quality.

We stayed here a few months ago when it was owned or managed by different people. Previously the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and the pool, hot tub and locker rooms were well maintained. This trip was different. While the one and only front desk person was nice enough, they were not helpful as I struggled with the luggage cart and 2 small grandchildren. There were limited supplies in the bathroom. I had to ask for shampoo and soap for the shower. The room was clean, but not well stocked with coffee supplies and condiments. The pool was a major attraction for the grandchildren, but the hot tub was out of order and the pool and locker rooms were not cleaned for our entire 4 night/5 day stay. I hope that the new owners are only temporarily lacking in staff and basic cleaning/maintenance routines. We like this hotel for its family/pet friendliness, yet the upkeep and staffing need to improve.

Upon arrival we were greeted nicely at check i . Our big king bed room had a non working tv. After examining the tv, the front desk person moved us to a smaller king bed room where the tv worked. Nice ac/heat and bed and shower. A bit noisy at times. The small indoor pool is only 3-4 ft deep and well heated. The hot tub is out of order this summer. A small pastry and coffee are offered at 9am when the front desk opens each morning. We didn't get maid service, and I'm not sure why not. We did get some more towels and wash cloths upon request. We had a 3 night stay for $280, and this seemed like a pretty good deal really.

Basic small hotel.
Front desk service was great, very friendly. Rooms are basic, bed are comfy, walls are pretty thin, if your neighbors have kids you will hear them all night long, especially in the hallway. Stayed with 2 kids under 5 and it was alright for a last minute trip. Note they are renovating at our time of stay.

When arriving at this hotel to check in on August 12th, we could not drive up into the parking lot. They had a crew paving the parking lot, so we had to unload our car and pack all of our luggage up to the building, no one offered to help us seniors. After we got all our stuff inside, we went in town for supplies but upon our return we were told to park in the back of the hotel because of paving. The next morning I went to make a cup of coffee in my room, but the coffee maker would not work./found out they did not have enough plug-ins. I went down to the lobby to talk to someone at the front desk but no one there. There was a man waiting at the desk too. He was a hired painter for the hotel named Brad. I told him what I found trying to make a cup of coffee, he said I know because I like my cup of coffee too in the morning. He said it looks like they need a power strip to make it work. He said if they don't have one then he will loan me one out of his truck, the front desk clerk came in and said they did not have one, so the painter gave me one to use in my room. Also, the breakfast area was a mess with no pastries like they offered, and the garbage bin was heaping it never got emptied until the 14th. On day two I went to look at the Swimming pool and Spa. The Spa was not running and half full of stagnate water and no signs saying do not enter. The deck of the swimming area's paint was flaking off and also in the bottom of the pool , pool bathrooms were degusting too.

Laura at the front desk was a delight. Friendly, talkative, and helped us with a smile on her face. Later in the evening we found the tv did not work. Next morning, a gentleman helped us out and moved us into another room. Overall it was a good experience.

My tv did not work the front desk was very unhelpful had to get my own no sugar or creamer for coffee no shamp or body wash not even a bar of soap made me feel like having my dog was a terrible thing all around terrible experience

The fan did not work in the bathroom, the carpet was all wet, the shower curtain was shorter than the tub height causing the water to spill out the entire time. The pool area was dirty and there was a cigarette butt in the same spot for two days. Outlets were old and several didn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work correctly, the key card couldn’t open the side door to enter, but the workers kept it propped open all day for anyone to enter. I watched housekeeping staff enter the pool are while I was in it with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth to fill up a water bottle and go back out for her break while talking to another housekeeper and not once making eye contact while I was in there.

Walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors conversations. There was a door between us that they rattled for 15 minutes at 10: 00 pm. When i flushed the toilets the the sink bubbled. I went to brush my teeth and there was gunk in the sink. So i had to use the bath tub. I pushed the lever down so the shower was off then i couldn't get it back up. So needless to say i didn't get another shower. I let the front desk know. They offered to send maintenance up. I didnt have time for that. I had a busy few days. They never offered me a new room or anything else. Please be aware!

I didn't not like anything. You just need to understand they are working on fixing up this hotel. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. -Yes the hotel looks a little run down but they are working on it -It was a great stay met a lot of people there -Sauna is still down which kind of sucked but the pool was extremely warm -the breakfast could be better (who knows in the future they could expand it) -the rioms were clean but the downside of our room was the ac didnt work but the fan did so we had some air flow that helped -there was no other issues in our room but in the room next to us you could only shower because you couldnt push the shower faucet selector down The location is like a 10 minute walk to the beach and pretty close to town Other downside is after 10 or 11 there is no front desk person All in all i enjoyed this hotel and i would give it a 7.5 out of 10 but its a diamond in the rough.

We had a queen room but no way was it a queen bed. Neither one of us could sleep. Crying baby in the next room. Jacuzzi was not working and was a main reason for staying here. Heater/ac could not be adjusted. We won't stay here again.

I loved that it was pet-friendly. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It could use updating, just as all of the other hotels in the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
